Qualifications
8+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor.
Experience leading commercial construction projects (ground‑up or major renovations).
Strong knowledge of sequencing, means & methods, and subcontractor coordination.
Proven safety leadership and ability to enforce site standards.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Procore or similar field management software experience preferred.
