Bilingual Real Estate Agent
Limbird Real Estate Group, Rogers, AR, United States
Summary
Northwest Arkansas is one of the most diverse and fastest-growing regions in the country — and a huge portion of that growth is Spanish-speaking. At Limbird Real Estate Group, we're looking for a bilingual agent who sees that as the opportunity it actually is.
This isn't just a "nice to have" skill here. Your ability to work with Spanish-speaking buyers and sellers means you can serve a client base that is often underserved, build deep loyalty, and generate referrals that other agents simply can't access. You'll have the full Limbird infrastructure behind you — coaching, marketing support, PLACE technology, and a team that invests in your growth. Commission income ranges from $75K to $105K+ depending on your production, and in this market, a bilingual agent who works the pipeline consistently has every reason to hit the top of that range.
Responsibilities
Prospect consistently and build a pipeline of buyers and sellers. You'll learn and apply top-tier prospecting skills through our nationally recognized coaching model. For a bilingual agent in NWA, your prospecting reach is wider than most — use it.
Attend appointments and show properties weekly. You'll be out in the field regularly, showing homes and walking clients through their options. For Spanish-speaking clients especially, having an agent who communicates fluently in their language makes an enormous difference in their comfort and confidence.
Provide market analysis and guide clients through decisions. Buyers and sellers need to understand the market to make good decisions. You'll break that down clearly — in whatever language your client needs — so they feel informed, not overwhelmed.
Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through close. You'll handle offers, counteroffers, and the paperwork that follows — staying in close communication with clients throughout. Bilingual clients deserve the same level of clarity and advocacy as anyone else, and you'll deliver it.
Research off-market opportunities for clients. Part of the value you bring is finding options others don't know about. You'll dig into off-market possibilities and bring exclusive opportunities to clients who trust you to look out for them.
Manage and nurture your client database. Using our systems, you'll stay in consistent contact with past clients, current leads, and your sphere. A well-maintained database in both English and Spanish is a long-term business asset — treat it like one.
Participate in coaching, training, and team activities. Weekly 1:1 coaching, training sessions, and partner calls are part of how this team stays sharp. You'll also have access to resources and support specific to serving diverse clients well.
Qualifications
Fluent in both English and Spanish — written and verbal (required)
Active Arkansas real estate license, or actively enrolled in coursework to obtain one
Strong communication skills across cultures — you understand that style and context matter as much as language
People-first mindset — you genuinely enjoy helping clients through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives
Motivated and self-directed — commission-based income rewards those who stay consistent
Flexible availability to meet clients when they need you, including evenings and weekends
Organized and able to manage multiple clients and transactions at the same time
Eager to learn and grow — scripts, systems, and coaching are tools, and you'll use them
About Our Team Limbird Real Estate Group is the #1 real estate team in Arkansas, locally owned and based in Northwest Arkansas. Every agent on our team is full-time and career-committed — no part-timers, no hobbyists.
We're powered by PLACE, which gives our agents in-house marketing and design support, daily live professional development, and technology that eliminates up to 75% of routine tasks. That means less busywork and more time with clients. In a bilingual role, that kind of operational support matters — you can focus on relationships and production instead of chasing paperwork.
NWA is growing fast, and the Spanish-speaking community here is growing with it. If you want to build a real estate business that makes a genuine difference for clients who need a trusted advisor in their corner — and get paid well to do it — this is the team to do it with.
