An Asian sovereign wealth fund is looking to add an Investment Associate to its growing US team based in New York.
The platform manages a large, diversified real estate portfolio with an asset class agnostic mandate, deploying significant capital across markets and strategies, with typical deal sizes of £500m+.
Responsibilities
Take a role in asset management across a high-quality real estate portfolio, driving performance, operational improvements, and value creation initiatives
Work closely with senior stakeholders at board and shareholder level to help shape asset-level strategy and long-term business plans
Support portfolio construction and capital allocation, including performance monitoring, capital planning, and optimisation across assets
Contribute to select acquisitions and divestments, supporting underwriting, execution, and integration of new investments into the portfolio
Ideal Background
2+ years of experience in real estate asset management, investing, or real estate M&A within an institutional platform
Strong asset management mindset, with the ability to drive performance and manage assets post-acquisition
Solid technical foundation across real estate fundamentals, financial modelling, and portfolio analysis
Comfortable operating across both asset-level and portfolio-level decision making
