Job Overview
TEKsystems is seeking candidates with an ACTIVE General Lines P&C license to join a client team. In this role, you will handle inbound sales opportunities, support customers with insurance solutions, and deliver industry-leading service standards.
Responsibilities
Meet and maintain individual sales goals while providing exceptional customer service
Respond promptly to inbound leads including website applications and incoming calls
Educate customers on property and casualty insurance products
Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems
Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, call‑driven environment
Collaborate closely with teammates to support overall team success
Skills & Qualifications
Active General Lines – Property and Casualty License
Prior sales experience
Associate’s degree or 2 years completed of higher education
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time‑management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Start Date Monday, May 11th
Availability Ideal candidates are comfortable working hours between 8:00 am – 8:00 pm (8‑hour shift only)
Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.
Pay $24.52 – $24.52/hr
