Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raleigh, NC, as an Entry level Construction Superintendent. The Construction Superintendent will oversee the daily operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include managing construction activities, enforcing safety protocols, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring effective utilization of resources. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to supervise crews and ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Construction Site Management and adherence to Construction Safety standards
Strong Project Management and Budgeting skills
Excellent Organization Skills to handle scheduling, resource allocation, and task prioritization
Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage diverse teams and contractors
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints
Familiarity with construction processes, equipment, and materials
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or a degree in Construction Management or a related field is advantageous
