Sales Engineer The Sales Engineer at Weber Industries is the go‑to expert for the entire team and our partners. They develop industry knowledge, consult on challenging projects, make site visits, and support customers throughout the sales and technical processes.

Responsibilities

Foster relationships with existing regional engineering and contracting partners.

Pursue new relationships with potential regional engineering and contracting partners.

Construct detailed bid packages based on examination of engineered documents and CAD drawings.

Oversee ongoing projects, managing issues and concerns that arise.

Support customers by assisting sales and customer service teams on technical matters.

Qualifications We are looking for a spirited, self‑motivated individual who has the ambition to succeed and contribute to our growth. A BS in Engineering (or related field) or equivalent work experience is required; background in the water industry is desired.

Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills are crucial. The candidate must believe in providing an unsurpassed customer experience and understand the importance of their role on the team.
