Job Description We are seeking an
IT Business Analyst III
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
technical product management, Agile and Waterfall delivery, and enterprise requirements analysis
and a proven ability to
lead cross‑functional teams to define, deliver, and implement solutions that meet business objectives .
Responsibilities
Serve as a servant leader and primary facilitator between business, development partners, and IT throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead planning, elicitation, analysis, validation, and management of requirements and business processes.
Drive high‑level solution design, test case design, implementation planning, and go‑live support.
Guide teams to self‑organize, remove impediments, and escalate issues to leadership when needed.
Support multiple concurrent projects and adapt to changing priorities.
Partner with Project Managers, Business Stakeholders, and interfacing IT groups to ensure delivery quality and alignment.
Lead other IT project work as needed based on project demands.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent four years of related experience.
Minimum 3 years as a technical product manager in a project‑based environment.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall; hands‑on with Jira.
Proficient time management with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
Effective communicator across organizational levels; improve transparency and radiate information.
Ability to assess and elevate Scrum maturity at a sustainable pace.
Fluent in technology with strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies.
Solid presentation, facilitation, interviewing, workshop, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
Microsoft Word and Excel at an intermediate level.
Preferred Skills
Experience coaching teams in Agile practices and metrics.
Background in enterprise platforms and integration initiatives.
