Lead Customer Order & Fulfillment Specialist

Job Description Responsible for overall account management; including facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement/repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order. Also lead FLIGHT DECK initiatives to drive improvements and standards for CX, CMS and cross channel.

Roles and Responsibilities

Facilitate order management - process order intake, input into internal systems. Connect to customer portals and systems. May support forecasting, billing and collection activities.

Key contact for customer inquiries, complaints and issue resolution. Work with operations to understand and communicate commitments and status to customers. Engage in sales activities for assigned customers.

Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Use prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.

Understand key business drivers; use this understanding to accomplish own work. Understand how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

Use judgment to propose solutions outside set parameters but with guidance. Use experience and training to solve straightforward tasks. Use internal sources to arrive at decisions.

Individual contributor with interpersonal skills; early people leader capable of hiring and developing talent; provide informal guidance to new team members.

Lead FLIGHT DECK initiatives focused on training, projects, SOPs, communications, physiological safety, cross‑channel/function collaboration.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university and 3+ years of experience in Services & Customer Order and Fulfillment (or high school diploma/GED with 4+ years of experience).

Desired Characteristics

Aviation experience preferred.

Inventory management experience preferred.

Basic part trace documentation and USM pedigree recommended.

Strong customer relations skills, proactive planning and forecasting material needs, basic USM understanding. Strong oral and written communication skills.

Knowledge of Oracle applications and use of Spotfire tools encouraged.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

Established project management skills.
