They focus on building real connections through in-person outreach, helping organizations expand their reach, increase donor support, and create meaningful community impact.
We are currently hiring a Customer Engagement & Outreach Associate to join their team. This is an entry-level role offering hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and public engagement in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Represent charity partners at retail locations, local events, and pop-up campaigns Engage with customers through face-to-face interactions to promote awareness and support Explain campaign goals, initiatives, and impact in a clear and engaging way Drive donor acquisition and campaign participation while working toward daily and weekly targets Assist with event setup, coordination, and execution Work closely with team members to maintain a high-energy, performance-driven atmosphere Track customer interactions and provide feedback on campaign performance What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills Comfortable in a customer-facing, sales-focused environment Outgoing, positive, and motivated personality Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Coachable and eager to grow professionally Availability for weekend or event-based work as needed Reliable transportation for local travel What You’ll Gain
Hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer engagement Ongoing training and mentorship from experienced leaders Weekly pay (W-2 position) Average earnings of $700–$1,000 per week Performance-based bonuses and incentives Growth opportunities into leadership, management, or campaign roles Travel opportunities for events and expansion markets Additional Information
