
Retail Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Retail Specialist to help drive performance within our retail promotions and sales team. This role combines leadership, sales execution, and hands on customer engagement inside retail locations and event based promotions. The Retail Specialist will support team development, maintain strong brand representation, and help ensure sales goals are consistently achieved.
Responsibilities
Lead daily retail sales activities inside store locations and promotional event environments
Coach and mentor sales representatives on customer engagement, sales presentations, and closing techniques
Set the example by actively engaging with customers and assisting with new customer enrollments
Monitor daily team performance, customer interactions, and enrollment metrics
Ensure all team members represent the client brand with professionalism and strong customer service
Train new team members on product knowledge, sales processes, and customer acquisition strategies
Conduct role play exercises and ongoing coaching to improve team sales performance
Support territory coverage and ensure retail locations are properly staffed during promotional hours
Maintain accurate reporting of sales activity and customer information within Salesforce CRM
Coordinate with management to review performance data and improve campaign execution
Assist with organizing retail promotions, in store campaigns, and local event activations
Motivate the team to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Ensure promotional displays, materials, and marketing setups are maintained and professional
Compensation includes base salary plus commission, performance bonuses, leadership development training, and advancement opportunities into management. This role is ideal for someone with retail sales or brand promotion experience who enjoys leading a team and driving results in a fast paced environment.
