Overview

SentiLink provides innovative identity and risk solutions, empowering institutions and individuals to transact with confidence. We’re building the future of identity verification in the United States, replacing a clunky, ineffective, and expensive status quo with solutions that are 10x faster, smarter, and more accurate. We’ve seen tremendous traction and are growing quickly. Our real-time APIs have helped verify hundreds of millions of identities, starting with financial services and expanding into new markets. SentiLink is backed by world-class investors including Craft Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, NYCA, and Max Levchin. We have earned recognition from TechCrunch, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, Business Insider, PYMNTS, American Banker, LendIt, and have been named to the Forbes Fintech 50 list every year since 2023. We were the first company to go live with the eCBSV and testified before the United States House of Representatives on the future of identity. SentiLink supports a variety of ways to work, ranging from fully remote to in-office. We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office. Role

SentiLink earns trust with prospects and customers (“partners”) by quantifying value with clear, data-backed business cases. The Solution Analytics team turns pilot datasets into rigorous retrospectives and ROI narratives that inform partner decisions and accelerate adoption. We also support existing partners with targeted, high-impact analyses that surface opportunities, de-risk implementations, and demonstrate ongoing value. We’re looking for an analyst who blends business acumen with analytical rigor—someone who can frame ambiguous questions, structure analyses, and distill complex findings into executive-ready stories. You have a track record of translating data into decisions, building compelling presentations, and delivering them to senior stakeholders. Success in this role means owning the end-to-end analytics workflow (from scoping and methodology through insights and recommendations), communicating crisply, and influencing outcomes across Sales, Partner Success, Product, and Engineering. This is a remote, US-based role. Responsibilities

Conduct client discovery calls with account executives. Meet with clients to discuss fraud strategies to mitigate risk. Strategize with the sales team to ensure alignment with partner’s needs. Create and deliver presentations aligned to proposed solution value. Support the sales team with all technical related queries. Establish best practices across all solution analytics team members through effective coaching. Design and execute analysis for white papers and other industry materials. Identify relevant insights, e.g., based on emerging fraud tactics, and collaborate on publishing. Develop relationships and maintain customer relationships. Requirements

3-5 years of work experience at a VC-backed startup, management consulting, banking or private equity firm with an analytical focus. Strong analytical and communication skills, comfortable with ambiguity, a quick learner, and able to work independently. Enthusiastic about becoming an expert in topics related to the future of financial services, fraud & identity. High-level communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills. Ability to present ideas in a clear, user-friendly way. Attention to detail and sales experience. Technical skills: proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides; proficiency with SQL and/or Python is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering (ability to write scripts) is a plus. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States. Salary Range
