Target Analyst Reporter (Level 1-4)

Tailored Access, a GRVTY Company is seeking Target Analyst Reporters (TAR) to support Department of Defense/IC missions at Fort Meade, MD. As a TAR, you will be responsible for SIGINT Analysis/Reporting while supporting IC missions that are vital to our national security.

Responsibilities

Prepare synthesized products for customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles, in response to Intelligence Community (IC) requirements and in accordance with customer missions of Signals Intelligence, Information Assurance, and Computer Network Operations.

Prioritize, assess, evaluate, and report information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation and analysis, and from related collateral sources (for example IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, open source, and others as needed) for use or decision by Government personnel.

Maintain awareness of internal and external customer needs. Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements.

Share target-related information and provide feedback to customers as appropriate. Issue appropriate products, which relay developments, trends, indications, warnings, and/or situational awareness regarding specific targets, as well as countermeasures and courses of action, if applicable.

Help develop databases or working aids on target activity to enhance and build target knowledge and improve collection to execute the customer and IC partners' mission.

Perform pre-release quality control functions.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance

Level 1: 6 years of experience or AA/AS + 4 years, BA/BS + 2 years

Level 2: 9 years of experience or AA/AS + 7 years or BA/BS + 5 years or MA/MS + 3 years

Level 3: 12 years of experience or AA/AS + 10 years or BA/BS + 8 years or MA/MS + 6 years

Level 4: 15 years of experience or AA/AS + 13 years or BA/BS + 11 years or MA/MS + 7 years

Nice to have

Analytic editing experience

Releaser experience

Degree in English, Journalism, or Technical Writing is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.

$105,000 - $270,000 USD
