
Sr Performance Management Analyst

Job Summary
As a Sr. Performance Management Analyst, your performance and contribution will achieve the following goals and objectives:
Increase efficiency and profitability: work closely with senior leadership to increase the firm's efficiency and profitability by assisting with the formulation of both the medium and long‑term planning.
Monitor and track: use strong analytical skills with the ability to consume large amounts of information and translate to useful recommendations.
Management reporting: conduct fit‑for‑purpose analysis, overseeing design, preparation and review of ongoing and ad hoc management reports, coordinating with the Supply and Trade Leadership team.
Enhanced communication: serve as the liaison between front‑office and back‑office to facilitate proper planning and reporting; cross business and functional boundaries to understand broader impacts of results.
Lead a team of analysts: develop the analysts of the future, providing guidance, mentorship and training.
Minimum Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, seeks big picture answers beyond immediate scope.
Demonstrated ability to work in an extremely complex, dynamic and fast‑paced team environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills (written and verbal).
Relevant knowledge/experience with information tools.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience in Power Platform Apps and RightAngle preferred.
Bachelor's degree and 6 years of job‑related experience.
Job Duties
Performance Management: perform analytical work, identifying, compiling and documenting expenditures to provide comprehensive performance results and key insights to inform the organization and forecast future outcomes.
Business decision support: work with various areas of the business to provide high‑quality advice on operational impacts through exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills, using data mining in RightAngle and SAP, and identifying new opportunities to improve business analytics and performance management tools.
Scenario modeling: develop the model structure, testing process and implementation of the information model, determine the best model delivery (e.g., Power BI or MS Excel) and create documentation for implementation and maintenance.
Management reporting: coordinate input from the department to develop weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports for presentation to management.
Leadership: mentor direct reports, develop best practices, encourage innovation and creativity, and facilitate cross‑training within all areas of Performance Management.
Special projects: lead other initiatives and special projects as directed by the Supply and Trade Management team.
