E-Commerce Media Buyer / PPC (Meta/Google/TikTok)

TheSilkyWay is a fast-growing haircare brand in Central Europe. We are currently building our presence in Hungary, Poland, and the Czech Republic, combining strong direct response marketing with an increasing focus on branding.
We’re now looking for an experienced Media Buyer who is strong in Meta, but open to managing multiple channels.
The role in short
Managing ads across multiple countries (HU, PL, CZ) Main channel: Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Additionally: Google Ads + TikTok Ads Daily optimization, scaling, and testing Analyzing the performance of creatives and offers The technical setup and uploading of campaigns is handled by a separate team — your role is not to “click together” campaigns, but to think strategically, optimize, and scale. What we’re really looking for
This is key: Strong, proven experience with Meta Ads You’ve managed high-spend accounts before (minimum 200k + / month) You understand direct response marketing (not just “setting up campaigns”) You can think in terms of offer + creative + funnel Nice to have
Experience managing multiple countries / accounts Comfortable working in a data-driven, performance-focused environment Who fits this role?
Not junior — able to work independently Proactive — doesn’t wait to be told what to do Enjoys numbers, but also understands the creative side Not overwhelmed by handling multiple accounts and running many tests in parallel What we offer
