About The Role We’re building the marketing engine behind one of the fastest‑growing categories in cybersecurity: AI Security.

As part of the Check Point + Lakera team, you’ll play a critical role in scaling how we generate and measure demand across enterprise AI security solutions — from workforce AI protection to agent and application security.

This is not a traditional marketing ops role.

You’ll act as the operational backbone of our demand generation engine, owning the systems, data, and workflows that connect campaigns to pipeline.

What You’ll Do & Your Impact Marketing Systems & Infrastructure

Own and optimize our marketing automation and CRM ecosystem (Marketo / HubSpot, Salesforce)

Build and maintain lifecycle models, lead scoring, and routing logic across all marketing programs

Ensure clean, reliable data flow between systems (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, webinar platforms, etc.)

Manage integrations across the marketing tech stack and introduce new tools where needed

Demand Generation Operations

Partner closely with Demand Gen to operationalize campaigns across paid media, events, webinars, and ABM programs

Translate campaign strategy into scalable workflows and automation

Own campaign setup, tagging, and tracking across all channels

Ensure leads are captured, enriched, routed, and followed up on correctly

Attribution, Reporting & Analytics

Build and maintain reporting infrastructure to track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and funnel conversion

Implement attribution models that connect marketing activity to revenue

Develop dashboards for marketing, SDR, and leadership visibility

Identify gaps in funnel performance and recommend improvements

Lead Flow & Funnel Optimization

Design and continuously improve lead routing and handoff processes between marketing, SDRs, and sales

Monitor key funnel metrics (conversion rates, speed to lead, acceptance rates)

Reduce manual processes and eliminate friction across the funnelEnsure consistent campaign and UTM tracking across all programs

Cross-Functional Operations

Act as the connective layer between Marketing (Demand Gen, PMM, Content), SDR / Sales teams, RevOps / Data teams

Support webinar, event, and campaign execution from an ops perspective

Help standardize how campaigns are launched and measured across the team

Automation & AI-Driven Efficiency

Identify repetitive workflows and automate them

Leverage AI tools and integrations to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability of marketing operations

Build lightweight internal tools, workflows, or reporting mechanisms where needed

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified

5–8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or GTM Systems in a B2B SaaS environment

Hands‑on experience with Marketo and/or HubSpot, Salesforce, campaign workflows, lifecycle stages, and lead routing

Strong understanding of funnel metrics and pipeline attribution

Experience supporting demand generation programs (paid media, events, webinars, ABM)

Familiarity with enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Clearbit) and data hygiene best practices

Ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced, evolving environment

Bonus (Nice to Have)

Experience in cybersecurity or developer / technical GTM environments

Familiarity with integration tools (Zapier, Workato) or APIs

Basic SQL or data analysis experience

Experience supporting global / multi‑region marketing teams
