Dealer Development Advisor

Dealer Development Advisor We are looking for a Dealer Development Advisor who will report to the Dealer Development Team Leader, and who’ll be tasked with onboarding and training new and existing dealers. As part of your role, you’ll be significantly supporting the growth and quality of the dealer network. You’ll be at the forefront of setting dealers up for success and a positive consumer experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule dealer training nationally while ensuring travel is optimized.

Travel to dealers and conduct in‑person trainings; provide support for dealers and BRP teams while at club events.

Train and educate dealers on how to do business with BRP by ensuring the dealers have a solid understanding of BRP’s systems and processes. Coach dealer principals, general managers, and dealer staff on system best practices related to sales, parts, service, etc.

Work closely with internal Network Development team to ensure timely and accurate coordination and execution of all dealer trainings.

Track progress of trainings and report updates to leadership.

TRAVEL: This position requires up to 70‑80% travel.

Qualifications Required

5+ years of dealer sales, service or parts experience, or 5+ years of relevant training/OEM work experience.

Experience managing travel schedules, budgets and expenses; strong time management skills.

Knowledge and experience with training.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Initiative: Demonstrated track record of initiating and successfully implementing projects or ideas.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals and departments.

Required to work onsite in the Plano, TX office 50% of the time, or the equivalent of 5 days per 2 weeks.

Position requires current work authorization. Sponsorship now or in the future is not provided for this role.

Relocation support is not provided for this position. Candidates must be willing and able to relocate at their own expense.

Preferred

Degree in Business, Finance, Management or relevant field.

Powersports or automotive industry experience; prior dealer management experience is a plus.

Passion and enthusiasm for training and the powersports industry.
