Role Description As our new Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our showroom. Your responsibilities will include assisting walk-in customers, creating accurate estimates, scheduling templates and installations, handling phone and email inquiries, and maintaining a clean and welcoming showroom. We also value your input and experience in finding ways to enhance customer experience and improve our company. Key Responsibilities Customer Assistance
Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing detailed information about our products and services.
Listen to customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable products and solutions.
Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for products and services based on customer specifications and requirements.
Ensure estimates are clear, comprehensive, and provided in a timely manner.
Follow up to ensure estimates were received and answer any questions or concerns.
Update estimates post template to reflect final measurements and details and communicate changes with customer.
Scheduling
Coordinate and schedule template and installation appointments with customers and internal teams.
Confirm and follow up on scheduled appointments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion.
Communication
Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Maintain clear and effective communication with customers throughout the sales and service process.
Become familiar with our contract and educate the customer in order to set appropriate expectations.
Industry Knowledge
Gain and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our industry, products, and processes.
Stay informed about new products, trends, and technologies to provide knowledgeable and up-to-date information to customers.
Maintain appropriate inventory levels of sinks and slabs.
Showroom Maintenance
Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Arrange product displays to enhance customer experience and promote sales.
Qualifications
Experience in the stone countertop industry is preferred, experience in the construction or interior design industry is a plus
Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
Experience in building strong Customer Relationships and enhancing Customer Experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an attention to detail
Proficiency in basic computer applications, including order processing systems
High school diploma or higher; additional certifications in customer service or sales are advantageous
