We are looking for a Business Development Manager to support growth across enterprise accounts and staffing solutions, with a focus on developing new client relationships while also identifying opportunities to expand and strengthen existing ones. This role is well suited for someone who is comfortable building relationships, creating opportunities, and navigating client conversations across both staffing / staff augmentation and broader technology or solution-led engagements. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of ownership, commercial maturity, and the ability to contribute to both new business development and account growth in a dynamic, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow relationships across enterprise and mid-market accounts Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target clients and industries Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outreach, networking, referrals, and follow-up Engage decision-makers across IT, engineering, operations, procurement, and business teams Support opportunities across staffing, staff augmentation, managed services, and solution-led engagements Partner closely with internal recruiting, delivery, and leadership teams to align client needs with the right solutions Contribute to account expansion by identifying additional roles, teams, projects, and service opportunities Maintain strong CRM discipline, pipeline visibility, and account activity tracking What We’re Looking For

5–10 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or enterprise sales Experience working within IT staffing, staff augmentation, consulting, or technology services Strong ability to build relationships and create opportunities within client organizations Comfortable supporting both new business development and account expansion Strong communication skills, executive presence, and commercial judgment Ability to operate effectively in a growth-oriented and collaborative environment Preferred Background

Experience working with enterprise or mid-market clients Exposure to AI, data, cloud, digital transformation, or technology consulting services Existing network within relevant industries or client ecosystems is a plus Experience balancing both new business development and account growth in a quota-carrying role
