Product Manager I, YouTube Growth Platform

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

3 years of experience in consumer product management.

Experience working cross‑functionally with engineering, UX, and marketing to deliver platform features with data‑driven prioritization.

Experience building or managing internal‑facing platforms, campaign management tools, or enterprise applications.

Experience automating manual workflows.

Preferred qualifications

Master's degree in a technology or business related field.

Experience balancing growth and efficiency within a large‑scale consumer or platform environment.

Experience launching UI features.

Familiarity with campaign planning, creation, and measurement methodologies.

Familiarity with evolving from rule‑based to ML‑driven decisions.

Experience migrating internal users to a next‑generation product solution.

Responsibilities

Lead the Growth Platform campaign management roadmap to streamline campaign creation and management, enabling YouTube teams to launch campaigns at scale.

Partner with engineering, UX, and marketing to build features that accelerate campaign launch velocity and onboard use cases.

Work closely with entire growth platform team and vertical growth PMs to ensure tooling supports a myriad of growth use cases across the platform.

Execute the roadmap for measuring campaign outcomes and educate users on best practices for campaign success.

Explore how generative AI can be leveraged to reimagine campaign ideation and iteration within the growth ecosystem.

Benefits The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $138,000‑$198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
