Responsibilities
- : Execute disciplined daily outreach to targeted businesses through cold calls, in-person visits, and networking events. Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly activity benchmarks designed to drive measurable pipeline growth across the St. Louis territory.
-: Introduce Jani-King's services, ask discovery questions, and determine fit. Build credibility quickly and position Jani-King as a trusted partner from the first interaction.
: Own and manage your assigned territory across the greater St. Louis market. Strategically plan routes, prioritize high-opportunity accounts, and maximize face-to-face engagement to increase appointment conversion rates.
: Secure qualified, high-value appointments for the sales team, ensuring decision-maker engagement and clear next steps. Accurately document all activity in CRM with accountability to weekly kept and qualified appointment targets.
: Maintain detailed records of outreach, conversations, and follow-up strategy. Monitor performance against clearly defined goals and take ownership for consistently delivering above-target production.
: Develop strong, lasting connections with potential customers through consistent, value-driven communication. Revisit prior contacts, inbound leads, and event connections to keep the pipeline active.
: Operate with urgency and discipline. Manage your time, pipeline, and follow-up strategy to hit aggressive appointment and revenue-impact targets — understanding that activity directly drives income and advancement.

Qualifications We are specifically seeking candidates who have demonstrated consistent production in performance-driven environments.
Prior sales, prospecting, canvassing, or business development experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed activity-based goals and performance metrics (calls, visits, appointments set)
Comfortable with high-volume cold outreach — both phone and face-to-face
Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable style
Proven ability to manage a territory independently and maintain structured daily activity
Experience using a CRM system to track activity and pipeline performance a plus
Highly motivated, organized, self-starter with strong follow-through
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Reliable personal vehicle with current auto insurance coverage for daily travel
