We are looking for an experienced
Program Manager
to support and manage Salesforce applications in a post-production environment. This role involves handling ongoing support, managing stakeholders, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations of Salesforce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (functional/support level)
Experience in integration tools, preferably MuleSoft
Strong experience in Application Support / AMS environment
Proven experience in Program/Project Management (handling multiple stakeholders and deliverables)
Ability to manage incidents, SLAs, and client communication
