is seeking a motivated, part-time
Business Development Representative
to help drive company growth through strategic partnerships with schools, rehabs, hospitals, and other businesses that align with our mission nationwide. This role is focused on outbound sales, relationship development, and revenue growth by expanding our presence within schools, hospitals, and other businesses.
Remote role with preference for New York, Austin, or Chicago
Base + uncapped commission

About The Role We’re expanding our team and looking for a results-driven
Business Development Representative
to fuel growth and bring The Ladder Method to schools, hospitals, rehabs, and other likeminded businesses. This role is centered on generating new business, building long-term partnerships, and closing deals that contribute directly to company revenue and expansion.
This is a remote, part-time role with flexible hours, a base hourly plus commission. Preference will be given to candidates located in New York or Austin.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new revenue by identifying, building relationships, and closing school and district partnerships
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads aligned with growth targets
Develop customized partnership proposals that meet each school's needs and business objectives
Collaborate with leadership to refine market strategy, pricing, and new partnerships
Maintain accurate HubSpot records and report on outreach and conversions
Meet or exceed quarterly goals for growth, revenue, and partnership targets
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or revenue-generating roles
Proven track record in consultative or solution-based selling
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills
Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable owning results in a remote setting
Familiarity with the K-12 ecosystem and student-support programs (executive functioning, SEL, or enrichment)
Confident using CRMs, managing pipelines, and running virtual meetings
Compensation & Schedule
Part-time (15–20 hours per week)
Base pay + commission
Flexible schedule with performance-based growth opportunities
Potential for expanded responsibilities or full-time conversion based on results
