
Senior AI Strategist - Palantir

NVIDIA seeks a skilled Senior AI Strategist to lead our strategic co-sell motion with Palantir across the US Federal Government. This role will focus on driving the adoption of joint NVIDIA and Palantir solutions across the federal ecosystem. Candidates should have extensive experience navigating federal missions and acquisitions, along with a strong network across federal agencies and ecosystem partners.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be responsible for all aspects of demand creation, co-selling, forecasting, sales leadership, training, and education to end users and partners.
Grow revenue and market share for NVIDIA Data Center, Edge, and Cloud platforms through joint NVIDIA and Palantir solutions across the US Federal Government.
Serve as the key point of contact for the NVIDIA–Palantir partnership within federal accounts, aligning joint go-to-market strategies and identifying new mission opportunities.
Build strategic relationships across federal agencies, helping customers understand and adopt joint NVIDIA and Palantir platforms to accelerate AI-driven mission outcomes.
Collaborate closely with Palantir and ecosystem partners to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that scale the adoption of AI, advanced data platforms, and accelerated computing across federal workloads.
Champion the value of NVIDIA accelerated computing combined with Palantir’s platform to support critical federal missions including data-driven operations, AI-enabled decision making, and mission analytics.
Ability to travel as business requirements demand, including visits to customer sites, conferences, and headquarters engagements.
What We Need To See
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
12+ years overall experience and a minimum of ten years working directly with the US Federal Government, ideally in technology sales, strategic partnerships, or business development.
Experience driving co-sell or partner-led motions within the federal ecosystem, including collaboration with software platforms, system integrators, and cloud providers.
A highly developed network of customer and partner contacts across federal agencies, integrators, and mission programs.
Deep familiarity with federal missions, procurement processes, and organizational structures across civilian and defense agencies.
A consultative, passionate sales approach with excellent listening, analytical, and communication skills, and a strong personal drive.
This position requires a security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
Ways to Stand Out From the Crowd
Experience working with Palantir or similar enterprise data platforms within the federal ecosystem.
Extensive knowledge of NVIDIA’s accelerated computing platform and its applications in AI, advanced analytics, and mission systems.
Demonstrated success driving ecosystem partnerships and co-sell motions that deliver measurable revenue growth and mission impact.
Prior experience supporting the adoption of AI, data platforms, or advanced analytics across federal agencies.
MBA or equivalent experience is a plus, with an emphasis on the ability to translate technical expertise into actionable strategies for government innovation.
Compensation and Benefits Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. The cash compensation range is 224,000 USD – 356,500 USD.
