What You’ll Do We generate 50–70 warm inbound leads per week. This role is responsible for converting those leads into strong, long-term clients.

Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads by phone, text, and online inquiry

Convert leads into booked jobs and recurring clients

Follow up consistently with unbooked leads

Review the schedule proactively and help address slow days before they happen

Re-engage past leads and previous clients

Follow up after service and help guide one-time clients toward recurring service when appropriate

Request Google reviews from happy clients

Keep accurate records and stay organized across multiple systems

Work closely with operations to support a healthy, realistic schedule

What You’ll Be Measured On

Lead to Quote Conversion: 80%+

Quote to Recurring Close Rate: 25%+

Total Close Rate: 60%+

Net New Recurring Clients: +20/month

What We’re Looking For

Strong follow-up and pipeline discipline

Sales and customer service experience

Comfort with KPIs, goals, and accountability

Calm, professional communication

Strong organization and follow-through

Good judgment, not pushy sales behavior

Someone who takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do

Compensation

Monthly incentive: approximately $900–$1,500+

Quarterly growth bonus: approximately $1,000

On-target earnings: $60,000–$75,000+

Top performers can exceed this range.
