Who we’re looking for: We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Draftsman with a passion for precision and client satisfaction! Our team is seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience in mechanical piping design. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in delivering process projects within defined scope, budget, and schedule while ensuring impeccable design accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
Responsibilities:
Develop intricate 3D layouts with meticulous attention to detail.
Analyze and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to guarantee design accuracy.
Collaborate closely with engineers, team members, and trades to streamline project coordination.
Thoroughly review and validate drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry norms.
Engage with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve design‑related challenges utilizing Navisworks.
Uphold project schedules and financial targets with unwavering commitment.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Mechanical Piping Designer, including field exposure.
Proficiency in AutoCAD software is essential; familiarity with Revit and Navisworks is highly advantageous.
Solid grasp of mechanical piping systems and design fundamentals.
Demonstrated capability to interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Keen eye for detail, prioritizing accuracy and quality in all tasks.
Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
