Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Commercial Real Estate Advisor based in Washington, DC. The Commercial Real Estate Advisor will be responsible for providing high‑quality customer service, conducting property research, managing real estate transactions, fostering client relationships, and executing sales strategies for commercial properties. Additional responsibilities include market analysis, lease and contract negotiation, and collaborating with team members to drive business development efforts.
Qualifications
Experience in Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate, and Real Property management
Strong skills in Sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
Exceptional Customer Service skills for effectively building and maintaining client relationships
Proficiency in market research, property analysis, and transaction management
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or a related field is preferred
Relevant experience in real estate within the Washington, DC market is a plus
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
