Chinatti Realty Group is hiring motivated Buyer’s Real Estate Agents in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. This opportunity is ideal for both newly licensed and experienced agents who want consistent buyer opportunities, structured training, and hands‑on support to help them close more deals.
Buyer Agents receive access to company‑generated buyer leads, daily appointments, and a system designed to guide clients from initial conversation to closing. You will not be expected to rely only on your sphere. Our marketing and lead generation efforts connect you with active buyers who are ready to purchase. Our inside sales team helps schedule appointments directly on your calendar so you can focus on showing homes, writing offers, and converting opportunities into closings.
Buyer Agents are responsible for following up with qualified leads, conducting property showings, educating clients on the home buying process, writing and negotiating offers, and guiding transactions through closing. We provide transaction coordination, coaching, and leadership support so you can stay focused on production. If you follow our process and do not secure an accepted offer within your first 90 days, we will pay you $500.
Compensation:
$75,000 - $250,000 yearly
