Responsibilities
The Trust Relationship Specialist is an experienced, operationally focused fiduciary administration role that supports trust and estate relationships in partnership with Trust Officers, Trust Administration Associates, and Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs).
The role is a proactive and seamless member of the PWA team, helping to anticipate, execute, and coordinate client and account activities from onboarding through ongoing administration.
Responsible for accurate, compliant execution of fiduciary activities, interpretation and application of trust provisions, and coordination of workflows across internal and external partners.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of trust and estate administration concepts, fiduciary responsibilities, and basic financial and investment principles.
Bachelor’s degree or fiduciary experience in a bank, trust company, or financial services environment required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines across concurrent relationships.
Effective written, verbal, and listening communication skills, with the ability to explain routine fiduciary and operational processes clearly and professionally.
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners in a team-oriented, service-focused environment.
Demonstrated initiative, reliability, sound judgment, and willingness to develop fiduciary expertise and technical skills.
Proficiency with trust administration systems and standard office software.
Compensation and Benefits Reno Base Salary Range: $79,841-$127,746. In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, you will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus and a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings. Temporary positions in the United States are excluded from the above mentioned compensation and benefit plans.
