Role Description This is not a typical real estate role. We are looking for a driven, experienced Real Estate Sales Agent based in Knoxville, TN who wants to operate at a higher level—beyond standard retail transactions.

This role is ideal for someone who wants access to better opportunities, including luxury listings, new construction, and investment-focused deals.

You will be responsible for generating and managing your own business while leveraging the team’s platform, systems, and deal flow. This includes working with buyers, sellers, and investors, identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and executing at a high level.

You will also have exposure to opportunities beyond traditional sales, including involvement in development and investment projects as they arise.

What We’re Looking For

Active Real Estate License with 2+ years of experience preferred

Proven track record of generating business and closing deals

Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic (no hand-holding environment)

Interest in investment, development, or new construction

Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills

Knowledge of the East Tennessee market is a plus
