As our Licensed Insurance Sales Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in growing our agency by building relationships with clients and helping them find the right insurance solutions. You’ll work in a supportive, team-oriented environment while having the opportunity to earn commission on top of a competitive wage. Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential customers to discuss coverage options Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Educate customers on insurance products and tailor solutions to their needs Follow up on leads, referrals, and inquiries to drive sales Process applications, policy changes, and service requests Meet or exceed sales goals while providing exceptional customer service Qualifications
Licensed in Property, Casualty & Life in the State of Wisconsin Sales experience (insurance experience preferred but not required) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Ability to learn and explain insurance products effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn insurance systems A team player with a positive, professional attitude What We Offer
