We support agents by helping them contract with major carriers and providing essential tools and resources to drive their business growth—all at no cost to the agent. With a free Medicare and Final Expense quote engine and robust agent resources, we simplify processes and ensure agents have the support they need to succeed. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Knoxville, TN, for a B2B Recruiter. The B2B Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting independent insurance agents to join the NCC network. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach to prospective agents, managing recruitment pipelines, maintaining relationships with potential and current agents, and supporting onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience. The role involves collaboration with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with company goals. Qualifications
Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and/or Human Resources Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in candidate sourcing strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and databases Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly Medicare and Final Expense markets, is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
