Responsibilities

Conduct buyer consultations, secure signed buyer representation agreements, and assist clients throughout the home search and offer submission process.
List and promote seller properties leveraging Brivity Marketer, professional photography, and United’s national marketing platform, reaching over 800,000 opt‑in buyers.
Represent buyers and sellers in offer negotiations, prioritizing client satisfaction and fostering long‑term relationships.
Record all activities, tasks, and client interactions in Brivity CRM to ensure clear pipeline management and accountability.
Engage in a 90‑day agent onboarding program, including weekly business planning and GPS 1‑3‑5 goal tracking.
Participate in optional team training, script rehearsals, and market update calls to enhance skills and expand market expertise.

Qualifications
