Lead end-to-end data science projects using Python ensuring timely and quality delivery. Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models to address business challenges. Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize data pipelines and workflows for efficiency and scalability. Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in Python programming. Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
