We are seeking a motivated, professional, and client-focused Realtor (English AND Spanish speaking, or English) to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships. You will be responsible for understanding market trends, preparing property listings, conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, and maintaining compliance with local, state, and national real estate laws.
Key Responsibilities
Represent buyers, sellers, and renters in real estate transactions.
Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and mortgages.
Assist clients with property searches and showings.
List and market properties through MLS, social media, open houses, and other channels.
Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and related documentation.
Negotiate offers and ensure smooth closings.
Stay up to date with market trends, zoning regulations, and industry best practices.
Coordinate with lenders, home inspectors, escrow companies, and other parties involved in transactions.
Maintain and grow a network of contacts through marketing, referrals, and community involvement.
Uphold ethical standards and comply with local, state, and national real estate laws.
Qualifications
Active real estate license in the state of operation. (NV)
Proven track record in sales or customer service (real estate experience preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Tech-savvy with familiarity in MLS systems, CRM tools, and online marketing platforms.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
