Personal Lines Underwriter

A skilled underwriter will manage a portfolio that consists of 80% personal lines and 20% commercial lines. This includes homeowners, umbrella policies, and fire liability coverage. Additionally, the underwriter will receive training to handle small business owner's policies or commercial accounts. A college degree is preferred, along with CPCU or ARM credentials. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in personal lines underwriting and exceptional “white glove” customer service abilities.
