– Mortgage Fulfillment Division (MFD) Key Responsibilities
Perform complex data and document validation Handle more complex calls, emails or chat sessions Complete appraisal eligibility tasks Evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines Interact with multiple departments to expedite processing and/or issue resolution Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values Qualifications
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience 3+ years of relevant work experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations Benefits

$45,000 - $66,000 Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role Work Model
