About the Team / Role:
Manage intent and partner with your tech team on the discovery, design and development of data products which will be used by both internal and external customers
Support the Senior Product Manager in crafting the vision, strategy & success metrics for ESM Data Products
Own the full product lifecycle for products in your team’s portfolio
Engage with users, business stakeholders & product partners to identify data needs, uses & its movement across ESM and the Enterprise
Create & maintain a 6-12 month product roadmap, in collaboration with the Senior Product Manager, and coordinate with teams for execution (Tech, Data Analysts, Designers, Business Stakeholders, Change Management)
Develop detailed product specifications, business-driven test scenarios, acceptance criteria and success measures – like product instrumentation, data storage & movement, accessibility, usability via tools, and frequency
Manage & Prioritize Feature and story backlog within the agile team to track development
Support data consumer go-live/launch activities as needed (end-to-end tests, communication, data dictionaries, launch checklists, etc.)

Basic Qualifications
At least 1 years of experience working in Product Management
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to write basic SQL for data analysis and understanding of relational database structure (tables, schemas, keys)
1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products
1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
