Medica will host a 12-week, paid Internship Program. Interns will have the opportunity to network within Medica and with other Interns through weekly Lunch and Learns and opportunities to hear from Executives. Each internship offers a meaningful experience and impactful projects you’ll be able to discuss with future employers. At Medica, we look forward to our Summer Internship Program each year.
Business Analyst Intern – Public Sites 2.0 (PS2.0) This internship is a digital product-focused role that supports the Public Sites 2.0 initiative, a strategic effort to modernize Medica’s unauthenticated digital experiences (e.g., Medica.com) to improve member self-service, content findability, and digital performance.
Responsibilities include research, analysis, and documentation that inform information architecture, content strategy, UX design, and CMS modernization efforts outlined in the PS2.0 strategy. The intern will work closely with Digital Product, UX, Marketing, and Analytics partners and gain hands‑on experience in data-driven digital product development within a regulated healthcare environment.

Required Qualifications
Current junior or senior pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, MIS, Software Engineering, or a related field
Skills and Abilities
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Power BI (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Interest in data, analysis, and problem solving
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
The position is an office role and requires onsite work at our Minnetonka, MN office, on average, 3 days per week.
Salary grade: $34,100 – $43,900. Offer and placement will depend on education, work experience, certifications, and other factors. Medica also offers a generous total rewards package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, paid volunteer time off, 401(k) contributions, caregiver services and many other benefits.
