Description Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong Retail background and deep expertise in Digital Content Management and Marketing Operations. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional initiatives supporting digital merchandising, product content, and marketing programs, while partnering closely with business and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery for digital content and marketing initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations

Drive execution of digital content strategies, including product catalog and product feed management

Oversee implementation and optimization of Content Management Systems (CMS) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms

Support marketing initiatives such as campaign launches, content workflows, and asset readiness

Ensure alignment of content with retail merchandising standards and customer experience goals

Track program milestones, risks, and dependencies; provide regular status updates to stakeholders

Improve processes related to content production, publishing, and asset lifecycle management

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of Program/Project Management experience, preferably in retail or eCommerce environments

2–4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Content Management and Marketing Operations

CMS (Content Management Systems)

DAM (Digital Asset Management tools)

Digital merchandising / Photo studio workflows

Proven ability to support and execute marketing initiatives and campaigns

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

Background in Retail / eCommerce companies (must-have preference)

Experience working with MarTech stack and content ecosystems

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Experience working with distributed teams across time zones (PST preferred)
