What You'll Do Social Media
Develop the strategic vision for Agentforce Marketing's social presence, translating marketing priorities into engaging, platform-native content
Manage the always-on social calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter)
Create social-first content including videos, memes, carousels, and other creative formats
Actively engage with comments and maintain a real-time pulse on social and community sentiment
Manage the creation and execution of LinkedIn Live events
Build custom social plans for key events and product launches to maximize awareness and education
Collaborate with PMMs, SEs, Creative, and other stakeholders to create helpful, inspiring, and educational content
Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes, and adapt content strategy accordingly
Coordinate joint posting plans with other Salesforce social teams as needed
Manage the full cycle of boosted and paid posts on LinkedIn
Support executive social presence through strategy, copywriting, and video editing
Own the creation of employee social posting recommendations
Release Marketing
Lead the creation of Agentforce Marketing-specific enablement materials and processes for every product release, coordinating with internal release teams
Curate internal and external Agentforce Marketing release highlight decks, partnering with PMMs and product teams
Organize and promote the Agentforce Marketing Release Webinar each cycle—including speaker and content coordination, registration tracking, and post-event playback communications
Develop blog posts, release notes, and social promotional content for key features in each release
Serve as a connector between PMMs, Product, Customer Success, and other teams to support internal Q&A and alignment
What We're Looking For
Strong time and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams
A collaborative team player who can also work independently across diverse stakeholder groups
A creative eye and strategic vision for social-first content
Ability to distill complex corporate narratives into compelling, platform-appropriate messaging
Proficiency in creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere, or Figma
Experience with Sprout Social and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
