We are looking to hire a Consumer Marketing Manager to support a popular music streaming company where you won't just follow trends—you'll define them. You will be the architect of brand relevancy, transforming global goals into localized movements (US and Canada) that resonate deeply with consumers, with an emphasis on Gen Z. This is your chance to lead high‑stakes, 360° campaigns for one of the world's most iconic brands.
Responsibilities
Orchestrate 360° Campaigns: Act as the strategic "road manager" for end‑to‑end marketing cycles, from initial spark to post‑campaign readout. Provide clear communication and excellent collaboration.
Champion Gen Z Advocacy: Utilize your expert‑level understanding of youth culture to ensure our product remains indispensable to the next generation of listeners.
Master Cross‑Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Editorial, Creative, Social, and Analytics teams to deliver cohesive storytelling across all platforms.
Refine Your Creative Eye: Direct the asset development cycle, providing pivotal feedback to ensure every piece of content is polished and impactful.
Influence Strategy: Partner with Marketing Leads to develop annual regional plans that link directly to global brand mission. Provide post‑campaign reports and insights.
Qualifications
The Brand Expert: You bring 6–8+ years of consumer marketing experience (ideally with large‑scale brands or agencies). You live in the "upper‑funnel" and know how to build brand equity.
The Culture Scout: You have a firm pulse on North American youth trends, music, and streaming innovations.
The Polished Communicator: You excel at "managing up" and creating high‑quality, data‑backed presentations in Google Suite.
The Proactive Partner: You navigate ambiguity with ease and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
