Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in NJ, for an Automotive Business Development Center (BDC) & Marketing Manager. The Manager will oversee BDC operations, lead a team to improve customer engagement, and develop strategies to increase appointments and revenue. Responsibilities include managing daily BDC performance, implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing customer data, collaborating with sales teams, and optimizing digital marketing efforts. The role also involves setting and tracking key performance metrics to align with dealership goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in BDC operations, team leadership, and customer relationship management

Skills in developing and implementing digital marketing and advertising campaigns

Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and use insights to improve performance

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of automotive market trends and dealership operations

Proficiency with CRM platforms, automotive software, and marketing tools

At lease 3 + Automotive BDC and Marketing experience is a must.

Willingness to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
