The product is already seeing serious traction, doing $8M+ in monthly volume with thousands of new users joining daily.
They’re now hiring a Founding Product Designer to take full ownership of the product across iOS and web, shaping the experience from the ground up.

Most products in this space are transactional and lack depth. This team is building a more engaging, gamified experience that feels closer to a game than a traditional app. The goal is to create a product users come back to daily, driven by progression systems, rewards, and social competition. The Role
Owning end-to-end product design across iOS and web Designing core gameplay and engagement loops (packs, rewards, progression systems) Shaping onboarding, retention, and daily engagement mechanics Rapidly testing and iterating with direct user feedback Working closely with founders and engineers in fast, collaborative cycles Using data and analytics to inform design decisions What They’re Looking For
Interest or experience in gamification, gaming, or engagement-driven products Ability to design beyond utility, creating fun, dynamic, habit-forming experiences Comfort operating in 0→1 environments with high ownership Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, taste, and product thinking Bonus: side projects or design work done for fun
