Role Description
This is a full-time out-of-office role for a Residential Property Reviewer based in San Antonio, TX. The Residential Property Reviewer will review tenant-occupied rental properties that PMI Birdy Properties manages. You will be scheduled to meet the tenants at the property, and with the use of an evaluation app, you will review and document the exterior and interior condition of the property, paying close attention to particular items to ensure proper compliance of the lease terms. You will also be driving between homes every day (company vehicle provided). Strong attention to detail and effective communication with internal teams are essential for success in this role. Qualifications
Proficiency in property evaluation, detail-oriented observation, and report preparation Experience in evaluating residential properties and documenting findings through photography Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and team collaboration Basic computer skills, including familiarity with report-writing tools and software Ability to work on-site and travel between property locations within San Antonio, TX Knowledge of property management or real estate practices is a plus Valid driver’s license & Clean Driving Record Required Ability to go up and down stairs, 4-6 foot ladder, and Attic Access Ladders Required
