Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor 5-8 Commercial Lines Producers to achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals
Drive producer accountability through performance tracking, pipeline reviews, structured sales coaching, and consistent goal management
Model high-performance sales behavior by actively producing new commercial business and maintaining a book of business
Establish and develop relationships with business owners via marketing, cold calling, referrals, centers of influence, etc.
Conduct needs analysis with each client, making sure to uncover any gaps in coverage
Become familiar with products, services and systems
Meet monthly sales quotas by following our set processes
Contribute to individual goals and agency success through promoting new business, cross-selling and new initiatives
Requirements
Property and Casualty insurance license required.
Proven success as a Commercial Lines Producer with experience selling across multiple states.
Demonstrated leadership or managerial experience overseeing, coaching, or developing commercial insurance producers.
Pass background check
Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
Good operational computing skill/typing 45+ WPM (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Browsers)
Confident self-starter who works well independently
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to multi-task
