Position Overview The Retail Marketing Manager is responsible for executing retail marketing strategies across Sephora and key global partners, ensuring seamless product launches, elevated in-store presence, and best-in-class digital execution. This role is highly cross‑functional and detail‑driven, requiring exceptional project management, retail expertise, and the ability to manage multiple timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously. This is a hands‑on execution role with significant ownership of retail‑facing deliverables and day‑to‑day partner relationships.
What You’ll Own Retail Launch & Calendar Management
Own and manage the 360° retail calendar across launches, promotions, and activations
Lead end‑to‑end execution of product launches across all retail partners
Manage NPF submissions and retail portals
Ensure accurate, on‑time go‑live across all channels
Retail Partner Management
Serve as primary day‑to‑day contact for Sephora and key retail partners
Pitch product placements, promotions, and retail opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships across merchandising and marketing teams
Support retailer‑specific initiatives and evolving opportunities
Visual Merchandising Planning & Execution
Lead execution of gondola and fixture updates across all launches
Own timelines across creative, graphics, assortment updates, and delivery
Ensure alignment with Sephora requirements and approvals
Retail Marketing & Dotcom Execution
Manage retail portal submissions for digital exposure and campaigns
Coordinate product pages, copy, and asset delivery
Support MBCs, FOS placements, and app features
Partner with Marketing to ensure seamless campaign execution at retail
Sampling & Retail Programs
Own execution of sampling strategy across retail partners
Pitch and manage programs including gratis, training product, and sampling initiatives
Cross‑Functional Execution
Partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Planning and Finance
Ensure tight alignment and flawless execution across all functions
Performance Tracking & Insights
Analyze retail performance and category trends
Track effectiveness of launches and marketing initiatives
Contribute to business reviews and presentations
Special Projects & Activations
Support GMA / LIVE shows, retailer‑exclusive launches, and pop‑ups
Own logistics, assets, and execution end‑to‑end
What Success Looks Like
Flawless execution of retail launches and timelines
Strong retail partner relationships and increased placement opportunities
Improved speed and accuracy of retail submissions
Elevated in‑store visual presence and consistency

What We’re Looking For
4-7+ years in beauty specific retail marketing, key account management, or merchandising
Strong experience working with Sephora strongly preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong communication and relationship‑building capabilities
Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
