
Senior Copywriter

What You’ll Do
Partner closely with client marketing and product teams to develop clear, compelling messaging across a wide range of communications supporting institutional financial services and investment solutions Translate complex topics (asset servicing, investment management, financial markets) into accessible, engaging, and on-brand copy Build and evolve tone of voice guidelines, messaging frameworks, and scalable copy systems that can be used across teams and markets Write across formats – from short-form digital (banners, headlines, video scripts) to longer-form content (sell sheets, thought leadership, client materials) Collaborate with strategy, creative and compliance teams to ensure all work aligns with client stands and regulatory requirements Operate within established brand systems while identifying opportunities to push creative boundaries thoughtfully and responsibly Requirements
5+ years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or brand/messaging roles Experience in B2B writing, ideally within financial services (or similarly complex, regulated industries) is preferred Strong understanding of systems-based copywriting – you think beyond single executions and consider how messaging scales Ability to balance creativity with structure, especially within established brand and compliance frameworks Proven experience developing or contributing to brand positioning and tone of voice guidelines Versatility across short-form and long-form content Comfort working across-functionally with non-creative stakeholders (product, legal, compliance, marketing) A detail-oriented mindset with a strong appreciation for nuance and clarity Portfolio is helpful – but we’re equally interested in how you think, structure, and solve. Given the nature of our team and the client assigned to this role, we are only considering candidates that currently live in or wish to relocate to New York City in the near future (first 60 days of employment). The annual salary range for this role is $135K - $150K and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic location and experience. Other compensation includes relocation costs, if applicable. Benefits for this role include health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), stock purchase, vacation, sick and personal days, Also, you will be eligible (approximately thirty days after you commence employment) to participate in all disability, life, travel insurance plans and programs, retirement plans subject to the terms and conditions of such benefit plans.
