Job Title: Brand Ambassador
Location: Anaheim, USA
Overview Reports to: VP/GM of Mobility Rentals. We are looking for an outgoing and motivated Brand Ambassador to build awareness of our mobility rental services across hotels in the Anaheim area. The role involves visiting hotels, introducing our services, and ensuring our brand is visible and well‑represented.
Responsibilities
Visit hotels across Anaheim on a regular schedule.
Conduct cold‑call drop‑ins to introduce our services.
Build relationships with front desk, bell desk, and concierge teams.
Distribute and maintain brochures and marketing materials.
Act as a professional, friendly brand ambassador.
Track activity and share feedback on opportunities and results.
Qualifications & Experience
Outgoing, confident, and personable.
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage schedule.
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
Background in marketing, hospitality, or sales (asset).
Schedule & Compensation
Flexible, part‑time hours (15-20 per week), rotating schedule including evenings and weekends.
Hourly pay: $24.00 plus commission on successfully completed rentals.
Physical & Other Requirements
Must lift, carry, push, and pull up to 20 pounds independently or with support.
Must walk long distances and stand for extended periods.
Must bend, kneel, crouch, or reach frequently.
Must wear Scootaround Powered By WHILL branded apparel while working.
Must converse in English.
Must have reliable internet and a distraction‑free remote workspace (if remote).
Must attend virtual and in‑person meetings, video calls.
Must be available for flexible hours, rotating schedules.
Must maintain reliable attendance and responsiveness.
Technology Use
Operate computer, phone, standard office equipment.
Willingness to learn digital platforms for communication and task management.
