Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) having 6+ years of experience with a strong background in Agentforce AI, Salesforce, data quality, and SQL.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements related to Salesforce applications.
Perform end-to-end testing and validation of Salesforce configurations, data flows, and integrations.
Define and implement data quality checks to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across systems.
Write and execute complex SQL queries to support data analysis, testing, and reporting.
Document test cases, data validation rules, and business processes.
Assist with root cause analysis and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Salesforce projects.
Strong understanding of data quality principles, data governance, and best practices.
Proficient in SQL – ability to write, debug, and optimize queries.
Familiarity with data integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and documentation abilities.
