Experienced CCA PCA Sales Agronomist

Make fertilizer, chemical and seed recommendations to growers Work alongside other agronomists to carry out daily responsibilities Facilitate positive long-term relationships with customers to create and promote long-term repeat business Prepare sales presentations, contracts, and proposals to ensure successful transactions Forecast supply requirements Perform a variety of agronomic duties independently Provide best in class service while adhering to the company’s high level of professionalism Qualifications
3+ years of agronomy related experience preferred A bachelor’s degree or higher in Agronomy/Agriculture or related fields Self-motivated, ability to work independently and with a team Strong written and verbal communication skills Have a current CCA and PCA Candidates with established grower and farmer relationships in the region will be prioritized Must currently reside in the region and have a valid U.S. driver’s license All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
